Guest Ratings & Reviews
I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms had a magnificent view to Puget Sound, although they were a bit cramped for my group of four. The location is perfect, being waterfront and close to Seattle shops and attractions. The service was excellent, with staff going out of their way to please. The dining options were decent, but not outstanding. Overall, a great value for money.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the bright side, the location was amazing, right on the waterfront with easy access to key attractions in Seattle. The rooms were spacious, clean, and provided a beautiful view of the Seattle waterfront. However, the room decor was a bit underwhelming, and the dining options were pricey, especially for the additional breakfast cost.
I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were typical but very comfortable, and I loved having a patio with a pool view, although privacy could be a concern. The waterfront view was a real highlight. The service was exceptional, with helpful and friendly staff, though a bit noisy during table setting. The location was perfect for exploring Seattle, near Pike Place Market and downtown, although a slightly industrial area. Dining options were good, and the facilities were convenient.
The hotel rooms were clean, well-appointed, and overlooking the wharf, which was nice. However, being on different floors was not ideal. The service was a mixed experience, with some staff members being very pleasant while others were less helpful and even rude. The location was excellent, especially for exploring Seattle on foot, but slightly distant from some activities. The dining was sufficient but nothing exceptional. The facilities were okay overall.
